Standard cleaning is performed on a maintenance basis. It does not include deep detailing or interior cleaning of appliances, cabinets, or windows. For homes that have not been professionally cleaned in more than 3 months, a deep clean is recommended to achieve best results. This package is best for homeowners who want reliable upkeep on a recurring or one-time basis without the complexity of custom hourly planning.

Hourly Cleaning

Our hourly cleaning service is designed for flexibility. You choose how much time you want (3 hours minimum), and we focus that time on the areas and tasks that matter most to you.

This option is ideal for ongoing maintenance, targeted problem areas, or homes that do not fit neatly into a preset cleaning package. Common requests include kitchen and bathroom cleaning, surface wipe-downs, vacuuming and mopping, spot cleaning, and general home reset work.

We clean efficiently within the booked time. If your list exceeds the time reserved, we prioritize based on your preferences and stop when the time is complete. This ensures transparency and prevents surprise charges.

Hourly cleaning does not include specialty tasks unless requested in advance. Customizations such as inside appliances, cabinets, baseboards, or interior windows can be added separately to ensure proper time and results. For more information, see our Services Page.

You stay in control of scope. We stay accountable to time.

  • Extra time dedicated to removing pet hair and dander from floors, furniture, and high-traffic areas.

  • Detailed cleaning of baseboards throughout the home to remove dust and buildup.

  • Remove used sheets and replace with clean ones provided. Used sheets will be gathered where instructed.

Customize Your Cleaning with Add-Ons

  • Shelves and interior surfaces wiped and cleaned after contents are removed. Contents will be returned to their original positions.

  • Interior oven surfaces cleaned to remove grease and residue.

  • Interior surfaces of kitchen cabinets wiped and cleaned. Please empty cabinets prior to cleaning.

  • Dirty dishes loaded into the dishwasher. Does not include hand washing or unloading.

  • Full standard cleaning of a secondary kitchen or kitchenette in the home.

  • Interior glass, frames, and tracks cleaned to remove dust and light buildup.

  • Ladder work beyond a standard step stool

  • Cleaning areas that are inaccessible, unstable, or unsafe

  • Roofs, gutters, crawlspaces, attics, or exterior surfaces

  • Exterior window & patio cleaning

  • Heavy grease, scale, mineral buildup, or mold

  • Post-construction or renovation debris

  • Biohazard cleanup, including bodily fluids or pet waste

  • Paint, glue, adhesive, or stain removal

  • Odor remediation or treatment

  • Pest or insect removal

Specialized Conditions

  • Emptying, organizing, or rearranging cabinets, drawers, or storage

  • Handling or disposing of food items

  • Dishwashing by hand

  • Laundry services

  • Handling of valuables, fragile items, or electronics beyond light surface dusting
